Build a Event Registration Website using drupal or wordpress

We are starting new venture to provide event registration services. We want to design and develop Drupal based website to provide this services. Features needs to be: 1. Organizers should be able to register and able to add their events with multiple categories (e.g sports, education, NGO etc. ) 2. Organizers should be able to create registration form, multiple tickets to register based on events 2. Event may be paid or free (for free event no checkout required for registration, just registration for created by organizer, only mail should be sent for confirmation) 3. People who register for the paid event should get the sms and email confirmation 4. payment gateway which support Currency Indian Rupee. 5. Responsive Design ( needs to be mobile/tablet friendly) 6. Moving banner on homepage. 7. Blocks on Homepage e.g. New Events, Categories, Free Events..etc 8. Dashboard for organizers which will shows total ticket booking per day, per week, per month, total payout after deduction of our commission and payment gateway commission, total payment done by website owner. (Need good user interface for dashboard) 9. Dashboard for Website owner, which will show total events, ticket sold per events, total collection, total commission, total payout for the organizer after deducting commission. List of users, list of events (which will redirect to particular event and show all the details) (Need good user interface for dashboard) 10. Pages for About us, Terms & Condition, Pricing Chart (for paid event organizers), help etc. Rest designer/developer may use their experience to make it best website. there are few event registration websites, u can check for reference.
