Build/Fix Existing Website (Wordpress or similar) & help with Content Marketing

I need a website dev familiar with the latest simple content marketing strategies to build and streamline my website. My main product is a video course hosted by a separate company, so my website is mainly a tool for customer attraction, conversion, and analytics. My current Wordpress website is incomplete and I need help fixing my current theme or switching to a new one. I'm open to moving off wordpress, however my budget is low as this is a 1-man operation and a new venture for me. I need: -Basic web pages optimized (home, about, content, blog) -Familiar with child themes -Website analytic tracking set up -Clean Color scheme -Font selection implementation -Photo selection, cropping, and placement (I have many of my own but may need stock photos as well) -Sample Videos placed -CTA creation and positioning -Landing & thank you pages I have specifications and drafts of most of the above, but I do not have the time/experience to implement it myself. I can write my own content and copy, and my own social media marketing, however I appreciate advice and edits/recommendations.
