Build a Website

Our client is seeking a talented, self-directed Web Developer to help execute and build online websites and sales pages for the client and as a brand. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the expansion of an exciting, industry-leading digital marketing business in Australia. This role will contribute to demand generation activities including executing digital marketing campaigns, as well as being able to juggle multiple systems across CRM’s and website building platforms (particularly Wordpress and Infusionsoft). Successful candidates must be able to take initiative with effectively developing multiple websites at once and be comfortable with marketing automation technology. This position will be reporting directly into the client’s Directors & Marketing team daily Mon-Fri, and be willing to work after hours/weekends for high priority projects. The ideal candidate has a passion for online marketing and web development, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp technology concepts. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills, be comfortable with marketing tools and be well versed in digital marketing campaign development and execution. Responsibilities: • Execute the web development based on the overall company marketing strategy and client briefs • Fast development to handle demanding clients • Maintain and update our current websites • Assist in the execution and maintenance of new product launches • Be able to quickly learn new systems and be able to research plug ins to solve problems • Great project management and time management skills • Be able to report into key people daily to stay on top of projects • A good eye for design & detail • Maintain brand consistency across all avenues • Managing communication to other marketing outsourcers Requirements: • Coding across mutliple website platforms - mainly infusionsoft • Strong abilities in plug ins to be confortable in delivering end-to-end projects • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to take ideas and effectively develop integrated websites and online platforms • Ideally understand Infusionsoft marketing automation and analytics features. • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing several initiatives together. • Must have an excellent work station at home with great performance of PC/Laptop and internet connection. Salary & Working Hours: • Php 20,000 monthly salary • Review after 3 months • Flexible working hours but must complete minimum 35 hours a week • Must be online during AEDT working hours to communicate effectively • Start time - between 9 - 11am and finish between 5 - 7pm
