Build a Website

I want a dashboard website designed. In which a user can login/sign up and upload their music (cd's) to their dashboard and play whenever and wherever they want. I would like an admin option in which admin can upload music to user's dashboards for them. The dashboard will also need to have the CD cover graphics and have the song title/graphics shown while playing. In addition the song titles should be shown from each CD when [login to view URL] dashboard will also need a search feature in which a user can locate a specific title/artist otherwise they will be placed on the dashboard alphabetical There also will need to be a page to sign up which will also include payment options. Along with these there will need to be basic pages (contact us, privacy, terms and conditions, about us) Once the site is functional there will be the possibility of designing ISO and Android apps for the person who designs the site
