General Features: A use signs up on the website and registers with his username/password, phone number, bank account credentials for receiving payment. He is automatically paired within 30mins with an already registered person in the same group to pay either N10000 (Ruby) N20000 (Sapphire) 50000 (Emerald) 100000 (Gold) 200000 (Platinum) 500000 (Diamond). After payment has been made to member, you are required to upload payment proof and the payment is confirmed by receiver. The system must approve such user before he will be eligible to be matched to a stipulated number of other people in came category (2) depending on what is configured in the system. The system is automatically configured to request for a mandatory recycling into any package after confirming payments otherwise the systems intiates a timer for getting blocked within 72 hours. Automatic block timer starts only after donations has been confirmed received from the parties merged. The system must be built to merge on a first come first merge basis. Referral System in place with bonus for referrals in various packages. USER FEATURES: Automatic confirm after signup and merge to make donation of package selected during signup Update their profile User can add testimonial (must be approved before it appears on the website) limited to only 1 testimonial per account after approving downlines Downlines are approved into the system after confirmation of payment but Admin must approve before they become available for merging to be paired. Ability to sign up multiple packages but not the same category in one account Availability of Switch option for multiple package monitoring Confirm payments of donor(s) and automatic reporting of fake pop only after proof of payment is uploaded Two options available (Confirm donations or Report fake Pop) where user can then send message to admin if (Report fake pop is clicked) and sttus is changed to Fake POP Court Mandatory Automatic Recycle option after confirming payment with 72 hours of confirm payment on any available package Automatic block for users that dont recycle after 72 hours Automatic inability to sign up with Blocked account information ADMIN FEATURE: It should have a robust admin back end where we can monitor users, block them and delete them. Admin can create and confirm new users. At the back end Admin should be able to assign number of people to pay a user. We must confirm a user even after confirmation of fonation before he comes eligible to receive from other users.
