Build a Website

We have an existing medical education website/company, [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). We provide high level medical education for doctors and other medical professionals in various specialties including medical marijuana, pain management, and opioid prescribing and abuse. Currently, our content is text based (and for now, not available via video or audio). We want to create a phenomenal, updated front end UI design that we can integrate into our backend database management system. Our front end UI design/structure could be improved dramatically to clarify content/course offerings and to facilitate learning. In addition, the site could be improved to drive user traffic. We are fairly comfortable with the backend functionality of our site and it's database management. In other words, once a user starts interacting with our "questions" and "answers," the site works well. But the initial introduction to the site and its value proposition could be presented much better and much clearer. There are many educational websites that present and organize their content in very effective ways. Kahn Academy, for example, does a nice job organizing their content. As a first step, we're looking for a conceptual UI design concept that migrates our existing site into something exceptional. Our team loves design and has design ideas, but we need help to explore and expand our ideas to make our site simple, effective and to facilitate online learning. This project can be completed online, but it would be good to have live conversation to more quickly expand ideas and concepts.
