I am starting a small company that will rent golfcarts now and next year we will also rent cars. I need a website that can take reservations and payment automatically with an American bank account (or paypal). The site also needs to be able to have different rates for the rental golf carts by the hour, day, week, month, etc. I need to be able to have the customer add-on optional rental items such as coolers or beach chairs. Potential customers need to be able to contact me with questions. I would like to be able to give discounts to certain people (i.e. military, firefighters, etc.). I would like to be able to have reminders about maintenance needs of the vehicle such as batteries need to be checked every two weeks, check air pressure in tires every one week, etc. If possible, I would like any new reservations or questions alerts from the website to be sent to my cell phone (in Mexico, where the business will be located). I need to be able to use a domain that I already own through hostgator. I will provide photos of current vehicles and need to be able to expand inventory on my own after website completion.
