Build a Website

Project Description Hi there, I am a graphic designer with basic understandings of dreamweaver, right now I need to build a website for an entertainment company base in Taiwan. I don't really need you to know chinese, but I need you to know what you are doing. Here are some things that I need. 1. For this website, I am able to provide page layouts in psd or ai format so there is no actual design needed on your part, hence I need you to turn the design into codes that can be copy and paste into dreamweaver. 2. There are some button effects such as drop down bars and highlights which I can provide as well but I will need you to specify the size and/or file type. 3. There are 2 pages where I need to have full screen video loops, which I will provide the videos in whatever format necessary. ( I will also provide websites which helps you understand what I am talking about) 4. I need a blog space which clients can log in, post pictures and write blogs which will turn up on the website. 5. I also need a message board. 4. I will need the website to able to fit for all types of browsers 5. I will also need a flat screen version of the website with the design I provided. (Should be just a simpler design of the actual website) 6. I need this to be a very slick. (THIS SHOULD REALLY BE THE PRIORITY)
