Build a Website

FUNCTIONALITY 1. One person (submitter) makes statements, each includes tags (existing or adds their own), metadata (existing {e.g. "model #"} or adds their own) and each likely includes one picture. 2. That submitter invites other people to comment on or accept the each statement in the submission. If the submitter changes a statement (based upon comments) then everyone again has the chance to comment on or accept that new statement. This iteration continues until everyone in the group has accepted all the statements in the submission. 3. Once everyone accepts all of the statements in a submission then it is locked (no more additions or edits) and a link to a signed PDF is sent to everyone. At a time set in the future, all of the people receive an email with the same link. Other functionality includes: dashboard for a user to manage their own account, an administrative panel to manage users and submissions, a mobile interface so that users can do much of these actions from a mobile device (preferably you will use a responsive design so that the same interface works everywhere). REQUIREMENTS A. framework: Laravel or Symphony B. login via LinkedIn or Google or Facebook without creating duplicate users C. avoid OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities and sanitize input (e.g. via htmlspecialchars) D. some workflows (e.g. submitting a statement) require multiple steps. As such a progress bar will be required as appropriate. E. website will need to accept payments for certain features OTHER This a is MVP so time is of the essence to get started. From there, we will be adding to this project based upon user demand. We would like to find one development team for a long-term relationship.
