Build a Website

I want someone who can build a chess web site for me, using the free chess engine called stockfish. I have this dream of having a web site, where people can go to the domain name, maybe something like [login to view URL] or something like that. I want a website where anyone can play chess against the top three chess engines in the world (or just one, the best engine stockfish), or people can play these search engines against each other (like stockfish verses komodo), to see how they do (they can setup the time increment). I want people to be able to analyze their own chess games using the top engines, by being able to setup positions or experiment with made up positions to see what the results end up being. I was hoping for a site like [login to view URL] where people can study and do puzzles, and different training situations. And have the top 3 chess engines analyze their positions, or analyze games of grandmasters. Though as I said it doesnt have to be the top 3 chess engines, stockfish alone would suffice. In otherwords: I wanted to create the ultimate website where people could develop and test openings, and test chess engines against other chess engines (like the top 3). I wanted a really cool chess site with a lot of chess flexibility, something easy to use, intuitive and simple. I have a server with lots of CPUs and ram, and ssd, so the engines could really push the limits of depth and power. Its a pipe dream, but I love the idea that anyone, anywhere in the world could play chess for free against a supercomputer on a kick ass server online, no sign up, free. The number one chess engines in the world are stockfish, komodo and houdini, even if komodo and houdini are commercial, I would be happy just to have Stockfish available for people to play against on a powerful server -- since its open source and free. So this is one of my big dreams is to have the ultimate chess resource site for testing, training, practice, analysis, study, fooling around, testing weird positions, having fun, a place where people can play black or white, and can control how strong the chess engine they play against is. etc....
