Greetings. I believe I meet your requirements almost perfectly, and why I am saying "almost" is because of the following: 1) instead of photoshop, for cropping and resizing images I prefer using picmonkey - dot - com (firstly, because that highly resource-demanding program is for advanced photo editing, and I'd rather not waste computer's performance for that and save them, and secondly, because I am on Linux, and though there are image crop & resize tools that can be installed on Linux, doing it online is more convenient whatsoever); 2) no Zendesk / Zopim experience, but I hope the Ubersmith, Kayako, WHMCS, RedMine and NetSuite experience might make getting familiar with Zendesk / Zopim easy and quick; 3) I can not afoord 40 hrs' a week, at least in the beginning, because I have a full-time job already (Lvl2 tech at GreenGeeks hosting), and I might decide to leave it completely only after excellent part-time employment experience elsewhere. If it was acceptable to work part-time, up to 4 hrs daily / 20 hrs weekly, at least for the first couple of months, it would be just awesome. Examples of WP-based sites I built and administer: zzz - dot - com - dot - ua - slash - blog and it-ti dot me. Warmest regards, Taras.
