I only work with developers based in Ukraine. This is because an agreement/contract needs to be signed under the Ukrainian law. The developer should preferably be based in KIEV. We are a non profitable organisation and need to have a realistic estimate for a (a platform) web site in 2 languages putting together some 120 members. The site should be functional also for tablets and smart phones. Parts of the site may be visible to the members only. The design is very simple. The navigation bar is horizontal and very simple consisting of about 8 main topics. One page may have in addition a vertical bar for its subcategories. The page is essentially divided in 2 parts: the content page (+/- 70% of the page) + a vertical bar where one can include banners (dynamic mechanism), ads, blocks (images, text, images+text, publications, interviews, news most read in the last 7/30 days, notifications, polls, etc.) . It should be possible to include a banner at the bottom of this vertical bar. It should include access management for members, bilingual members' pages (2 languages), info blocks (drag and drop) and banners management. Members should be able also to change the content in their respective navigation bars and manage the content in the vertical bar (banners, blocks, etc;) on their "web sites". The admin should be simple and intuitive for people not used to edit info to be published online. Some basic content (coordinates and logo) would be necessary to insert for each member. I guess a fair price would be around $1500. If your quote is much higher don't bother to contact. Thank you
