I am looking for a web developer to develop (or modify a script) to create a property listing website similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The website will be directed to a niche market and I will provide images to confirming features / functionality / design. I would be happy to purchase a script (within reasonable cost) which you can then modify. In addition to submitting your cost, I also require you to propose a type of script I could purchase that you will modify so that I can look at the demo.
