Hi, I need a payment gateway/checkout for my sales page. I don't mind which gateway you use as long as it's one from this list: [login to view URL] I would like the checkout page to have the identical look to the example attached "checkout". Edits: . Use a testimonial photo instead of his - see attached - "steven ball". . Price edit: it will be "$150 USD. You're about to save $100. Results guaranteed. 100% refundable". . UNDER the "Give me access" button it should say: No risk! 100% Refundable! . The quote should read. "If I hadn't ordered this program, I'd have 45lbs less muscle right now." - Steven Ball, Fit Factor Winner and WBFF Pro Have my ebook cover to the left (instead of the 3 payment options in the original example), and the fill in form to the right. Also I'd like an option for people to checkout with paypal. This gateway also needs to be optimized for mobile visitors. Thank you
