I need to create a website for our local dart league in Parksville, BC, Canada.
1. We need a standings feature for the league. There are anywhere from 5 to 8 (or more) players on a team, their collective wins contribute to the team's wins.
2. The site needs a log-in feature for the captains of each team to upload results from dart matches. And we need two ranking systems: 1) shows wins and loses of a player throughout the season 2) based on quality points. In other words not all wins and loses are equal. If the lower seed beats a higher seed, the will earn more quality points than if the reverse was to happen. However it's all relative. If the 30th ranked player beats the highest ranked player, that worth more than if the 10th ranked player beats number 7. In addition, the website will need to divide the ranking system based on male and female.
3. The webpage should be easy to view via smart phone
4. I should be able to post messages on the website and upload pictures
5. It also needs a way of tracking high marks (100 marks or more) of each player. Anyone familiar with the game of darts will understand. Later I'd like a way of these high marks boosting the quality points of a player.
