Build a Website Patient's Appointment with Doctors and Treatment through Video Call

Hello, We are looking to get developed a website for patient's appointment with doctors across the world which should be better then any other websites. In our website we need belowmentioned features. 1. It should be a platform where patients can book their appointment with the concern doctors across the world. 2. For booking the appointment they will have to pay online first after that their confirmation will be sent to them. 3. They can have video chat with their doctors during their appointment schedule. 4. Doctors and patients will be having their sign up and sign in pages. 5. Doctors will be able to publicize their clinics or hospitals. 6. We will allow both patients and doctors to reschedule the appointment time as per doctor's availability on next schedule means their time table dash board should be their in the backend. 7. Patients and doctors both can have msg chat and video chat with each other. 8. They can register their account with their social networking account and mobile number also. 9. Their should be payment gateway installed on the website.
