Build a Website for Custom Product and Distributor Management

The project consists on building a website that can handle and manage orders from customers. The company sells customised sportswear, so the idea is that the customer can go through all the different steps involved in the customisation process: selection of products, design, order, production, payment and shipment.
The website will include online payments, uploads and downloads of images and PDFs, notifications via email, customer database, product database, payment management, and other similar functionalities.
Also, in some cases, the idea is to have a master customer that will go through all steps but there will be more secondary customers (linked to the master customer) that can enter and complete their "own" order inside the main customers order. Is like a group of people that their leader will set the characteristics of the order but every member can order their own product separately from the rest of the group's members.
Finally, there will be a section where distributors can login and order new product for their stores. Similar to a online store but private for public and with several special features.
The webpage will be in spanish.
