Build a Website for managing store

need a web software to manage store logs: the website will have a main screen with the following options: 1. Visit counter: once clicked it will log a visit to the store with time and date in the db 2. compliants: once clicked it will ask for type of claim done, it can be old complaint so need just to inc it (also need time and date) or it can be new complaint 3. Register client: once clicked it will open a form to register a new client to the system, need to gather: ID, name, phone, birthday, and isSpecial checkbox 4. Register Sell: once clicked it will ask for registered client or none after that it will ask the sale person to enter items by: Code, Price, Discount or Final Price the system automatically calc the total if its a register client it accumlate 5% of the value to his account and at the same time he can use the old accumlated value 5. output logs: will used by admin to output the logs from date to date Notes: - need simple clean graphic views - output will be Excel sheets - system should use backup and i can change the db and connect to another db - contains testing - the website should be RTL since it will be Hebrew text
