Create an MVC application to have a responsive website containing below items -

1. Have a tab displaying live stock tick data for NIFTY 50 and SENSEX index

a. Data integration with interactive brokers

b. Data shown should keep changing at every tick with a latency of maximum 2 secs

2. Create a program to generate technical indicators dynamically based on the tick data with a latency of maximum 3 sec

3. Create a proof-of-concept client utility to connect to interactive brokers website
