Build Wordpress Websites on a Given Theme

Hello Everyone I need Freelancers who are absolutely capable to come up with a 5 to 6 pages wordpress theme on a given theme with in one day i.e. 8 hours. It is possible because 5 people are working for me and they do it perfectly. Not only the new wordpress projects but also there may be corrections in the existing website. I am looking for someone who takes 10 to 12 k per month and do work for me on regular basis. Please read the terms completely before applying to the project. I need an expert whom i don't have to explain each and everything again and again. The person must be able to catch the requirement and perform on it nicely.
