I am looking for a web developer to develop a website for me. The final product will be an interactive market like this one: [url removed, login to view], however for now I require only the intial design of the landing page and then a raffle / giveaway page. The website would have to include a user base and incorporate the Steam OpenID. Knowledge of the Steam API could be good but it should be pretty straight forward to incorporate.
A quick rundown of how the raffle system and website will work:
1. When the user visits the website he will have the option to sign in or create an account, the website will also state that the market is under construction however the raffles are available for access.
2. Once they have logged in they will need to add their steam trade link to their profile and their email (email will be provided on sign-up)
3. They will need to be able to enter the giveaway and gain one ticket in the raffle.
4. I will need to be able to select a winner and then have access to their steam trade url.
5. A referral program will allow users to gain more tickets (chances) in a raffle when one of their friends signs up with their link.
Through development there will of course be more details. If this works well then there will definately be further employment opportunities for maintenance and further development of the site.
