Build a online lectures website

Build a wordpress based website for making an online lectures library. It should have an attractive homepage and a simple neat login system for only restricted users to access the lectures. Some important points 1. We would be embedding Wistia videos 2. As per user profile, user should be given access to only a certain institute and within the certain institute to only a certain class/batch (Admin user should be easily able to modify these privileges from backend. Adding removing users, etc should also be easy from wordpress backend 3. Navigation between the lectures and search should be easy for the user as there would be lectures from last 2 years of his class 4. A simple report issue button for each video where user can report a issue to us about a video. 5. If possible, put an ip restriction or control on the backend for preventing misuse of same login with multiple users. We know that it is not effective to put an ip control and it can be easily bypassed but some mechanism by which just an average user cannot misuse the logins.
