Build a website system

JOB JOURNAL START PLAN/REQUEST ONE Hardware/Software I have -Virual Private Server. -Standard wordpress install files required to be installed with custom settings. -Premium and free plugins required to be installed with custom settings. I NEED: -A custom version of wordpress similar to [login to view URL] to be designed and placed on my linux based VPS to be installed each time a customer signs up for an account. User system: -Two accounts to be created with each wordpress install, one moderator and one administrator. -A new password for each moderator account with the password being emailed to the registered email address and to my administrator email address. -A new password for each administrator account, with the password being emailed to my registered email address. User hardware access limitations: -Users to be unable to access FTP. -Users to be unable to access cpanel. -Users to be unable to download database backups. -ABOVE INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO PROGRAMMER - - - - - - --PROGRAMMER 1 RESPONSE "I'd like to ask a couple of questions. Q1. Do you want to have a superadmin access to these new sites or just to get emails of the generated users? Q2. Would we need a multisite WordPress install do you think? OR a custom script to install WP sites would be ok? Q3. Will we limit the WordPress administrators in any way? Maybe a limited list of plugins or themes? Or just set the site up and let them use it as regular WordPress site admins? Q4. Will there be any payment gateway involved in creating sites or all free and available to everyone?" - - - - - - - MY RESPONSE TO PROGRAMMER 1 R1. Superadmin would suggest using multisite and due to multisite having so many problems in that it would require a lot of extra coding to be done, such as the databases needing to be seperated in to each new account created rather than all being kept in one location. The emails being to serve as a means for me to get the login details so that I can access accounts as required via either account "mod" or "admin". R2. A custom script would be preferred, preferably one which can update its own core files to always be up to date with the most recent wordpress. R3. I would use the Administrator account myself for support purposes and my clients who have purchased sites would use a moderator account due to the design of the site system, this moderator account would assist in limiting the clients access to sites features (features which would be possible because of plugins used to create the site, one of these plugins being a plugin which sources items from eBay and lists them on the clients sites). There will be predefined plugin and theme access rights and access limitations which will affect both the admin account and moderator account. R4. I would like to use WHMCS to create the accounts automatically. PROGRAMMER 1 REPSONSE 2 Thank you for the clear responses. From your responses I get the overall scale & scope of your project & we can divide the project into 2 general items: 1. Developing "WordPress setup template": Includes generating a copy of a WordPress installation with the theme, plugins & customised set of settings all built in. With this "setup template", we'll generate copies of this same site using a custom script integrated to WHMCS (or code from scratch). For such projects, our standard ETA is 3-5 days. 2. Integrating a custom installer to WHMCS with payment integrations, email functions & ETA range of 10-15 days. - - - - - - -OUR BUDGET DEATAILS --This job is required to be done on a budget, there is currently no funds designated as we hope to negotiate something as the job progresses. We would like to arrange perhaps a contract where we could make weekly payments to the programmer who accepts this job and is most suitable to achieve the desired results. At the moment I am getting quotes from programmers and working down to the cheapest possible.
