Complex website. Allows user creation, interactions, forum, points rewards, etc. -- 2

Hi all, We are starting a new project from zero. We need a complete website design. We also need graphic design for the whole project from zero to complete. *This is not a shopping website so although I use the word product, it is just rating products and not buying/selling anything. The project involves a website where user can: - Create user and login - Rate "products" /vote for products in different categories. - Discuss in forum (forum is extra not the main idea of webpage) - User will have points assigned for rating products. - Some graphic videos showing how webpage works is a must. - Website will have a database where you should be able to find +1.000 products. - Product search will need to be easy and friendly. - Only registered users will be able to vote/rate products - Great 100% quality page design and 100% quality graphics is a MUST. - Users should be able to upload pics and videos to support product information. - Point system should be safe and easy for every user. - Website should work fast and will be able to support large amount of pics and videos. -Please contact me only if you have read the whole project and are capable to work 100% quality all of this points and other discussed.
