Configure content provided into Wordpress Theme

I need a decent WordPress Designer, one with a good eye for pixel perfect design and maintaining predefined standards. I need someone that can take WP ADMIN credentials and can run with this project independently and do a amazing job. This is a easy one. I have small project, about 3-4 I would like to start you on, then on to others. This is for charity, I have small budgets for tasks, but you won't work alone as I am here with you working on the same sites for other projects.
