Configure website and fill text to get website working properly

The website has been prepared and it's already active, but it's not accessible for public, because the site is not yet done. It's missing like tiny things.
Configure website to accept payments. iDeal, Click and Buy, Visacard, Mastercard etc.
I've already configured the basic things. Like e-mail, website title logo etc.
I've installed Languages, I've translated Text and need to do for more languages.
The text for user registration, activation and another text templates needs to be prepared. The text on the home page and the blocks around needs to be filled in correct default language English. I can do the other languages own by my self.
I've already configured membership plans, but the payment gateways needs to be configured to accept payments.
Make sure that the basics of the website is working correctly.
