Convert a Template to a Website

Need help and advice from a creative Magneto expert to recommend their ideas on how to best modify our new template in a detail written report. Our product database has been loaded, we now need a Magneto expert to advise us what else can be done and needs to be done to make improvements in function and aesthetics. I tried to adjust the CMS myself but have made a mess of it! :-( The successful expert will also have the opportunity to perform the work. To be quoted separately once we know what we need. But firstly we wish to see what possibilities are available to us. Which you will present in a detailed to-do list and report quotation.
