Convert old Quark Express Files to Indesign

I have some very old Quark Express files and I need them converted to InDesign files. The Quark files need to be 3.0 or greater to just open in InDesign and the files I have are from an older version then that. Does anyone have the ability to open these and save them in InDesign format? There are 5 files. I have attached one and there are 4 others. Please help!
