Create an Animation

We need a GIF for the header of an email campaign. Length: Approx. 5 seconds Purpose of the GIF is to demonstrate an attraction where children can color a sea creature on an iPad, then watch it digitally swim in a fish tank. Similar attraction can be found here: [login to view URL] This is the concept we would like to see: 1 sec – Blank/White fish cartoon outline 2 sec – Hand appears and quickly colors in the blank template to be fun and colorful 3 sec – Fish comes to life and swim/transition into a colorful underwater setting. 4 sec – Smiles at the viewer 5 sec – Fish swims away happy as copy appears. Copy TBD. It should have a smooth transition as it loops. Attached is an example of desired background as well as an example of how the GIF will be inserted into the email. We will probably want 1 version with the white border and 1 without. We will may be able to provide some assets.
