Create a Members Page on Wordpress

I am looking for someone to build a members page on our wordpress website. It will need simple function like view & edit profile.
But the biggest function i need built is the ability for them to see gravity form submissions they have made. We are using gravity forms for them to make payments towards their uniforms. Essentially the player would be able to login, see what payments they have made to date (this data would come from a gravity form). & then we would integrate a gravity form into the member page that would enable them to make further payment.
Ideally we would like each submission to be listed with a grand total of how much payed and how much they still have to pay.
