Create Snapchat Geofilter

I would like you to make a Snapchat geofilter. It should be web optimized, transparent png. 1080 (w) x 1920 (h) Under 300 kb. For details see: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Geofilter should look as follows: 1) See [login to view URL] for lay-out. bear my drawing skills. 2) On the left you should create an image similar to name.png. It must be smaller than the one in [login to view URL], for approx. size see example.jpg. It should read: Muiden instead of Logan. Design must be the same. White colour is ok, but replace red by blue colour from [login to view URL] 3) You should draw the outlines of the castle.png. So, similar as in [login to view URL], but of course with some more details, but not that may details as in original photo. 4) On top of the castle, see [login to view URL], you should make a flag, for colours see [login to view URL] Of course a mockup before granting project would be great so I can see that you understand what I would like you to do. You must be willing to make revisions, and if after submitting the geofilter to snapchat it is not accepted, you must, after I paid you, be willing to make revisions if necessary in order to get the filter to be accepted. I would like to see in your bid, that you understand what i mean, preferably with simple mock-up.
