Create 6 pages with no header or footer.

I need 6 pages creating, I dont need the header or footer, but my pages are only 1000px wide so this needs to be taken into concideration when creating the pages.

(see attached images for the 6th page design).
For the overview page I want need three versions, one with just images, one with both images and mobile image and the last one as it is with the mobile screen on the botton section. I also want a box with a black border for the three overview pages that will say "learn more & Create Site" and will apear under the text for each of the scroll settings.
I also want it if possible to stop the page going down untill the last lot of text and image has been scrolled past just like on the site I have provided.
I would also like it to have its own css file for these pages if possible as will be intergrating them into an opencart store as information pages.
