Create a tournament website For CAll OF Duty on PS4

Max im paying is 150$ - For reference there is a a site called [login to view URL] which has all the features i need How these tournaments work. 1. So a player goes to site and creates team to join the tournament, if tournamnet is like 2 versus 2 tournament or more 2. then Player goes to tournament page and joins tournamnet. [login to view URL] basically is we take the set amounnt of credits from their account as payment to enter tournament [login to view URL] they are have joined the tournament, we add them to a bracket ([login to view URL](tournament)) there is a reference link 5. once all teams are put into the bracket they bracket must link to a match page, where detail of what they are supposed to play is located ([login to view URL]) - reference 6. Once they have played the game (seperately on console ps4 or xbox) they provide us proof that they won or lost then i (Admin) through the panel will advance them to next round (Just a notice when someone is advanced in a tournament there should be a system that automatically adds XP to the players profile ([login to view URL]) there is a reference of xp for matches won. The xp should be saved in a database for every player so the leaderboards can exist [login to view URL] player or Team has won a tournament they recieve there designated tropgy on there profile 1st (GOLD) 2nd (Silver) and 3rd (bronze) and for the prize i will manually send them to the winners. 8. I will need an admin panel to create tournament listings on site, advance players in rounds in tournament brackets, and other changes to sites
