Create website to collect insurance leads -- 2

I would like to create a basic Web site based on bootstrap. Concept - Get car details from user, so that we can send 3 insurance quotations - Highlight 3 steps to show how easy the process is. - Show around 5 sliding images in the home page which explain how difficult the traditional process is, and how the site resolves it. ( These illustrations / images need to be created ) - Sites should use bootstrap and has to be responsive professional and simple - Simple html based site is more than enough as this is a experiment - Should look like continuous landing page. But image slider and the car details capture form should be in the very first window. - Form data to be sent to given email address - Sample site created with content can be shared with the developer developer - Menu Home/Why/About/Faq/ContactUs (ideas are welcome) - Having a solution to embed basic slider+form I'm Facebook page is added advantage. - Site model is to start with basic concept, test the market then go with a dynamic site in future - All source code + illustration / Adobe source files has to be delivered
