Creation of a video using Animation and Graphic Design

I need to get a 20-30 second video made that will be a landing page video for an e-commerce website that I am creating to sell a novelty product. The video needs to be high quality, creative, and fun. The video should be of the following: The video opens up in black and white with a dystopian feel. There will be dark music playing with an aerial view of The Great Wall of China. In the distance you will hear the loud squawk of a Bald Eagle, and begin to see the eagle fly towards the wall. As the eagle gets closer, you see that it is an American Bald Eagle and that it has the unmistakable hair of President Donald Trump. In the wake of the flying Eagle, the video will turn from black & white, back into color. The dystopian feel will be replaced by pro American items and a bright, optimistic, triumphant music. The Great Wall of China will transform into a big beautiful wall on the US southern border with Mexico. Once the transformation is complete, The eagle will land on the wall, the video will fade out, and a still saying The Patriot Wall (large; title). Step Up.
