Design an Advertisement to Promote an Artist Residency

This project is to design two small advertisements to promote an artist residency callout. We're looking for someone who can create two professional and eye-catching advertisements for print and online. The specs are: - 1 x 1/4 page ad for publication in Art Monthly Australia 115mm high x 83.5mm wide, CMYK colour (also may be used as a printed flyer) - 1 x ad for Artlink online 95 pixels high x 240 pixels wide, EPS, GIF or JPEG (also may be used as an email signature- our preference is for a GIF) Both ads will need to include our organisation logos, and an image which we will provide. We will also provide the advertising copy to you in an email. Unfortunately, the turnaround for this is tight. We would need to proof the ads by Tuesday 1st September, and have them completed by Thursday 3rd September. Attached here is the promo image to be used (can be cropped), and the logos which need to be included. Please note we will provide high-res versions in an email. A bit more about us: PhotoAccess is a small, non-profit visual arts organisation in Canberra. We have just received funding to run a residency program which will bring one inter-state, mid-career artist to Canberra for a nine-month residency opportunity. The residency is called 'Double Exposure' and supports the creation of new and innovative photo-based work. Priority will be given to artists who work experimentally, or who involved (or are wanting to introduce) cross-disciplinary elements, for example performance or installation. The residency aims to introduce one artist to ACT audiences, and to contribute to public awareness of photo-media practice in a national and expanded art context.
