Design Country Flags for Tshirt Company

Hi Freelancers, I'm trying to find a designer to help create vector illustrations for an apparel business. We will be selling clothing that has country flags and US state flags printed on it. We need a designer who can ALTER COUNTRY FLAGS INTO UNIQUE ILLUSTRATIONS THAT LOOK VERY SIMILAR TO THE ORIGINAL COUNTRY FLAG. I've provided an example of what we are trying to do in the attachment- these are the types of designs we need created. To start, we need someone artistic to recreate the following flags as VECTOR IMAGES: United States Canada Germany Mexico California Brazil England We'd like to find a designer with whom we can work with for the long term (creating 100 or more.) This is much more than a 1-time project. If you have a portfolio, please send a link in your bid.
