Design Responsive Mega Menu

We are looking for a designer to add an elegant, modern, eye-catching mega menu to our new responsive HTML5/CSS3 website. A sample of our current menu is attached, but we're looking for something different and unique with icons, that has nice transitional effects on hover, has a semi-transparent background, works on all modern browsers and mobile (responsive) and that complements our existing new website. Note this project is only for the menu design. Our website uses jQuery and UI Kit, and the new menu must make use of these technologies (no additional scripts unless absokutely necessary).
