Design a T-Shirt

Design a print for a long sleeve polyester polo shirt, for digital printing. I'd really like the shirt to resemble an Australian Jewfish or Mulloway skin, paying particular attention to where the diamond scales (that can be seen along a Mulloway's lateral line) are positioned, perhaps a lateral line that run across the shoulders and down each arm??? The shirt would ideally also feature "By The Gills Team Member" and the web address [login to view URL] cleverly throughout the design. The logo is attached (the top red, grey and light grey logo) Perhaps even a large BTG logo could be included on the back of the shirt, but be an effect in the jewfish 'skin' like a section of the skin is 'raised' or shadowed or something like that... I cannot wait to see what you come up with!
