Design a Website Mockup

I need a website designed . That should be user friendly. Our website main objective will be to provide users with discount coupons of restaurants locally. They should be able to select there location and there should be facility for them to register. Each register member will have it's own account and the coupons that they have selected will be visible in their account for 1 day. And lot's of other requirements. Since we are start ups we will be price sensitive. So anybody interested do contact us.
