Design a Website Mockup

Need an HTML & graphics template design of the below mentioned reference website (by templates I mean the different HTML/CSS page layouts used in the website). Your design will be used by the future software developer, and you may need to support him with any minor issues or changes which may be required by the developer (within 15 days of your close of project, not exceeding a 2 hours max). It is expected that the graphic designer will make use of her or his own design so the new the design does not come under copyright infringement or violation. This includes creation of a new logo (name will be provided to the selected designer). I have listed the requirement for iOS mobile screen graphics template design for same website/app in a separate project, but I would prefer if the same designer can do both - so please let me know if you are interested in both.
