Design a Website Mockup

We want to build a web application (portal) where Senior Managers from digital divisions of large enterprises can initiate and manage idea generation online. Actual users can submit their ideas online. Business stakeholders can review and analyse the ideas, refine them or merge them before developing a business case for a project / initiative. This web application will primarily be used for capturing ideas / suggestions / requests for digital projects that build or enhance web and mobile applications. This web application may be expanded in future to manage requirements, testing, deployment, etc. The design needs to be intuitive for a common man and responsive to mobile devices as much as possible. The design needs to be modern as most of the users will be from digital space. The main design components include the following: • A web page template with at least 3 levels headers with easy navigation • A good template for key forms and buttons to perform key actions on the form (Form to start idea generation, Form to submit ideas) • A good template for lists and buttons to perform key actions on the selected ideas in the list (e.g. List of ideas) • Panel on the top of respective pages to display success messages (e.g. idea submitted successfully), error messages (e.g. Please select more than 1 idea). Other considerations: • Design similar to popular social media sites like linked in, facebook, twitter, • Refer websites of digital companies such as apple, msn, Google for simplicity and professional design. • Design and build basic functionality for idea generation. • We will provide simple import / export file interface to integrate with other tools. • We can build APIs and plug ins with different tools in future.
