Need a site converted to wordpress fast. It is a simple site, but a couple of features (simple) not fully implemented. I don't need SEO work at all, seperate company will be adding adwords, etc. Site is [login to view URL] Requirements: All content migrated to wordpress as is, but able to be edited in wordpress admin. Must be mobile device optimized Must integrate the Real Estate property listing iframe (as on the current website.) New function: The current site has a form for maintenance requests. Once the form is filled out, an email goes to the maintenance coordinator and a receipt goes to the customer. Would like to have a record of these requests in the admin screen of wordpress. The site need to use [login to view URL] or dropbox,com to house static documents (lease application, etc) and be accessible to the public on the website.
