Design brass/gold handpainted button

I need someone to design a cardguard used in pokergames for covering your cards. The button made of brass/goldplated is 40mm in diameter and colors are to be handpainted on the button. Each button weighs 30 grams and is stamped with relief design before paint. Please see attached example of an already existing product. Provider must know something about poker in order to make a good design for this use and we will provide logo that has to be in the middle of the button. We would like to have the text "Pokeraccessories.no" around the outer circle and also the text "Bet on it". The rest of the design is up to the provider in order for the design to work well. Colors can be discussed as project starts, but we prefer white background to the logo. Logofile will be sent to interested providers for mockup etc. (It will not be uploaded for public use as it is a trademark). We are looking for a good graphic designer who can see the whole in a design in order to make it look good quality.
