Most companies need services offered to them. These are posted as tenders on the company website - tender number, submission date, business requirements to be allowed to bid for the job. This is the same process when a company needs and RFQ filled. I want a website that we can allow a member to search for tenders, RFQs, classes and seminars while linking to the tender/RFQ on a client website and upload the PDF that has the requirements. This site need to be a member site that allows paid accounts to create a profile and follow up on the tenders they need, keep tab via a calendar and get email reminders from the website. The site will also allow booking of classes and events.
