Get a pop up iframe to sit on top of webpage

I have attached part of my website - the pop up iframe works in "working standing alone" page - but when put within the index it just merges and does not sit on top of the page - well, type on webpage shows through? I want the button (GET A QUOTE) to open up the iframe cleanly
