Graphic Design/Illustration for Firefighter T-Shirt Line

Good afternoon, I am a full time firefighter in VA and am starting to sell T-Shirts as a small side business. I need a graphic artist to design and illustrate various shirt designs for me as I develop them and grow the business. This will hopefully be a long term relationship as more ideas from fellow firefighters are developed. The design will mostly be fully color and need to be very realistic unless otherwise noted. Occasionally a cartoon-ish looking or simple black and white sketch may work but most designs will be full color with very catchy graphics.
