Description Web Based Number clean up tool wizard – Will setup a new VM and give you root during install. As this can be used to clean up large amount numbers I am guessing a database would be quickest solution 1. Customer can upload a file- CSV, xls, txt 2. Customer can select which header contains the number field (if more than one header) 3. Option to select UK Number or International numbers (different rules for both) 4. If UK number in step 3 ask if customer would like UK Mobile Numbers only or All numbers (Mobile & Landline( 5. Option to upload a list of stops numbers 6. With the stop list Customer can select which header contains the number field (if more than one header) 7. Report with file download (CSV download) The following should happen to both files (customers data and stop list) on the number selected field 1. Regex the numbers to remove anything other than 0-9 2. If UK Number Check length of number and follow the rules below if intentional skip to “3” 2A> if 12 digits mark as good number (447000000000) 2B> if 10 digits add 44 to the start of number (7000000000 > 447000000000) 2C>if 11 Digits and starts with “0” remove the lead 0 and replace with 44 (07000000000 > 447000000000) 2D>if more than 12 remove “0” from start (00447000000000 > 447000000000) 2E> if number is 12 digits and starts with 447x it’s a UK mobile number 2F> if number is 12 digits and starts with 441x or 442, 443, 448 it’s an landline number 3. The numbers should then be checks for duplicates and removed 4. If customer uploaded the stop list both list should be compared and duplicates numbers removed from good number list 5. Report with following counts. Numbers (if UK Mobile only, only show UK Mobile if not show all good numbers here), Total numbers checked, Stops removed (if uploaded), Bad numbers 6. Download link for list of good numbers (UK Mobile only if selected) and another download link for stop list (cleaned up list) - 7. After 60 minutes delete all temporary files and database
