build a webpage

We are looking for a developer to design and implement a web shop into our existing webpage. Our existing webpage allows users to create their own designs, by filling colors into a canvas template. The successful developer will ensure that the designs automatically get uploaded into the webshop, when they are published by the designer. Please have a look at the attached specification, which explains the project in greater detail. We expect you to answer all the question in the end of the attached document, in order for us to evaluate your proposal. We are currently finalising the part of the webpage, which the developer will need to interact with. We are expecting this to be finished in early August, and the successful developer will be appointed and can start his work at that stage. We are looking forward to receive your proposal.
