debugging & resolve opencart issues

[url removed, login to view] has just been completed but i found some issues and i need you to help me resolve them
1) The homepage bottom logo is not working.
Please use the same logo as the top left logo
2) Captcha is not working:

3) Information listing; under Customer Service (see bottom of the page)
Remove "brands"
4) remove refined search functions
5) Remove bottom: design by pavo theme
and change to
Developed by CX Hosting (hyperlink to [url removed, login to view])
6) Remove recurring payment under "accounts" as we dont need recurring payments
7) backend: there are a lot of files in the server and that confuse and irritate me
please remove unnecessary files and only keep those that are important or in use
i found duplication in the ftp folder and that could be the reason of errors
8) database error
there is a database error when i try to upload photos. please resolve
when i remove the photos using the admin. it is still found in the ftp folders
9) change all the fonts in all the pages to "arial"
10) to do complete sweep of any other errors and report before starting this project. if found, to advise me accordingly on how to resolve and cost to do so.
if there is no report of errors before starting, and after completion of this project, the freelancer will have to be responsible to resolve the issues.
i reserved the rights to terminate this project without any penalties if project cost become too high for me to accept if more bugs are found
10) backup
to provide a method and teach me how to do a complete backup that can fully restore from nothing to full working site if lost
